the team gave an upgrade, it was a nice surprise.
i was moved from my first room due to rain flooding. the path to it was muddy and without lights. insects were everywhere, even in my bed.

small portions
It started early each morning. i was not expecting it. this made relaxing by the pool difficult. also, the food portions at the restaurant were small. It was like i was paying a lot for very little.

i really enjoyed the location it was in the forest. my room felt spacious. i found food delivery easy and convenient. there are three adorable kittens in the lobby too i like that.
the bathroom smelled funny when i turned on the water. i thought i booked a room that have a queen bed. it was two single beds pushed together with separate linens. the menus seemed confusing and the menu was limited.

i loved staying in the treehouse villa. the sunset views from the pool were magical, and the food was delicious. the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism and it. i definitely recommend this place for a unique getaway!
during my stay, i noticed lots of bugs and mosquitos due to gaps around the windows. it made it hard to fully enjoy the nature aspect.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location that offers lots to see nearby. The ocean view villas are clean and cozy, with everything one might need. i found the whole place had a relaxed vibe, and it was very cute.

The staff was friendly, always ready to help, and very attentive (especially hamdi!). i enjoyed late-night dinner deliveries and warm singing. The consistently polite and warm nature of the staff.
